The New York Knicks pulled off one of the most incredible comebacks in NBA Finals history after stunning the San Antonio Spurs in Game 4.
The Spurs looked in complete control and led by 29 points at one stage. But the Knicks refused to give up and fought all the way back to win 107-106 in dramatic fashion.
The victory gives New York a 3-1 lead in the series and puts them just one win away from their first NBA championship since 1973.
NBA Finals Comeback History
Before this game, the biggest comeback in NBA Finals history was 24 points. That record was set by the Boston Celtics against the Los Angeles Lakers in 2008.
The Spurs looked set to cruise to victory after building a 29-point lead in the second quarter. They also held a huge 76-49 advantage at halftime, the biggest halftime lead ever by a road team in the NBA Finals.
However, the Spurs struggled after the break and managed only 30 points in the entire second half, allowing the Knicks to fight their way back into the game.

Despite trailing 90-75 at the start of the fourth quarter, the Knicks kept pushing. Jalen Brunson finally gave the Knicks their first lead of the night at 105-104 with just 82 seconds remaining.
Game 5 takes place in San Antonio on Saturday, where the Knicks will have their first chance to seal the championship and complete a remarkable Finals run.
