FIFA World Cup Preview: Bosnia and Herzegovina vs Qatar 

Group B heats up as Bosnia and Herzegovina take on Qatar at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Both teams are sitting on one point after two matches. They’re both fighting for the third spot to qualify for the Round of 32, making this match a must-win.

This is a crucial match for both sides as they are tied for points. A win here increases that team’s chances of making it to the Round of 32 while eliminating the losing side. But a draw would likely eliminate both teams from the competition.

Edin Dzeko (Bosnia and Herzegovina) 

The veteran striker, Edin Dzeko, brings invaluable experience to a side that desperately needs it. Having scored 73 international goals, his aerial ability and finishing game could be definitive in this match.  

Akram Afif (Qatar) 

Qatar’s key playmaker, Akram Afif, remains their biggest attacking treat. The pressure is on for Afif due to his creativity, vision, and experience. Qatar will be relying on him to keep their World Cup hopes alive.  

Verdict
