When: Wednesday, 26 Nov 2025

Arsenal Form

Arsenal are in top form and look like overwhelming favourites to lift the league title. Their last 12 matches have seen 11 wins in all competitions. They beat Atletico Madrid 4-0 on matchday two after going into the interval at 0-0. A 1-0 win over Crystal Palace followed as they allowed just one shot on target.

Mikel Arteta’s side beat Brighton 2-0 before a steady 2-0 win at Burnley, where they allowed the Clarets just three shots. Arsenal won 3-0 at Slavia Prague before a shock 2-2 draw at Sunderland after leaking a 94th-minute equaliser. On Sunday, they smashed Tottenham 4-1 as they conceded just 0.07 xG to Spurs.

Arsenal Team News

Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus are both ruled out injured. Noni Madueke and Gabriel Martinelli are available again to boost the wide areas. Martin Odegaard is back in training and could make the bench.

This match is set to come too early Viktor Gyokeres. Mikel Merino is set to play up front, whilst Piero Hincapie will cover for the injured Gabriel at the back.

Arsenal Motivation

The Gunners will see this as a great way to test their current level. They will play to win the match, but they don’t want to pick up injuries which derails their league season.

Arteta could be quite pragmatic and look to limit Bayern’s space. It won’t be an open style of play.

Bayern Munich Form

Bayern have won 17 of their 18 matches this season. Vincent Kompany’s side have netted 64 goals this term and have a perfect record in Europe so far. They smashed Pafos 5-1 on matchday two and won 3-0 win at Eintracht Frankfurt. A 2-1 home win over Dortmund and 4-0 win over Club Brugge followed.

Following three more wins, all by three-goal margins, they played PSG and won 2-1 despite playing the entire second half with ten men. A surprise 2-2 draw at Union Berlin needed a 93rd-minute equaliser. On Saturday, Die Roten destroyed Freiburg 6-2 with 3.03 xG and 22 shots.

Bayern Munich Team News

Coach Vincent Kompany is without Luis Diaz on the wing after his red card against PSG. Left back Alphonso Davies and attacking midfielder Jamal Musiala are key absentees.

Konrad Laimer will return at right back after a partial rest in the last match. Serge Gnabry is doubtful so 17-year-old Lennart Karl could get a start in this match.

Bayern Munich Motivation

Die Roten beat PSG away so they are playing with very high confidence. They will play to win the match at the Emirates, knowing that they can rest players in their next league game.

Kompany’s side will look to dominate possession and to play the match in Arsenal’s half.
